It's been a long time since we talked about coming to Casurina Curry and try out the food here.
Tadah~ Here we are during lunch time......
We ordered a Curry Fishhead ($20 bucks with 4 rice), drinks and some ordered Prata.
Ariel's Milo Dinosaur look sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sinful lah.... faint. hahahahaha...

Tadah~~~ here's the main course~~~ I loved the curry fishhead!!! especially the curry.. heee... It's thick, not so spicy. ooooooohh... nice.
Anyway they just realized that I'm a fishhead expert. I conduct a fishhead cutting session for them. They are so amazed that I can eat the whole head and left with pieces of bones. hahaha..
I loved the fish eyes.. it's big, fresh and it taste good!!!!
Ariel seems to like to look at me eating eyes.. anyway.. bad thing about the curry fish head is that it's full of fish scale!!! took alot of trouble to take out 4 to 5 pieces of fish scale every mouth.
Total I spent about $5 for the meal.
Can consider to try again. heee...

Bb + Jacky's Bday Celebration

Jacky and Bb decided to celebrate their birthday together. So both of them booked BBQ pit at East Coast.
Since Jacky in army, so Bb in charged to buy all the food and items.
I followed Bb and his mum go Punggol buy the food. We walked from his house to Punggol on sat before service.
After that his mum go marinate the chicken wings.
On Sunday, went to his house and help him. Min Kuan and Kenneth went to his house to help too.
We carried all the stuff and we took a Taxi to east coast.
we took quite some time to settle down and start the fire.
After that around 5plus, people start to come in ... BBQ starts!
Took quite a few pics on tt day.
after that was soooooooooooooooooo tired. hee.. but I enjoyed myself today.

Clumsy Me

Today after work went to school as usual. Today's class is at Ngee Ann Poly Blk 50. It's so far away and the facilities all so old. I dread to go there.
Anyway the class was boring, as usual.
Finally pulled through till short break. I went toilet with some of my classmates.
Nobody wants to go to the cubicle that is squart one. So I 'sacrifice' and went that one. When I took a big step up towards the toilet bowl, I lost balanced and my left hand scratched onto the jaw of the toilet paper dispenser.
'Ouch!!!!' I screamed at the top of my voice. It was so high pitched that even myself couldn't hear it. heee....
Anyway I bear with the pain and sit through till the end of the class. It was very painful. I took a cab back home cause I was afraid someone will just knock onto my hand when I take public transport back.
I took this picture when I got home. It was all swollen and bleeding.
Can still see the scratch marks. Owwwww.... my hand got scar already. sob. Can't be air stewardess liao.

I Cook Dinner Day 2

AGAIN!!!! OMG~~~ Bb OT-ing again and I need to go home early and my mum is NOT around!!! faint.
I am sick of maggie mee..... I lazy to buy outside food.
Just nice Pui coming home early too. so while walking home suddenly have inspiration to cook dinner again. Remembered that time I cooked Japanese curry at Bb's house. Suddenly have the urge to try again. So I told Pui to come home for dinner and I will cook something special.
I head back to NTUC to buy all the ingredients. The total cost is about $7 plus.
I'm determined to cook 10times nicer and faster than my first experience.
Went back, cut the chicken, the carrots, the potato. Cook rice, boil water, etc etc.
Everything's done within 1.5hrs. the progress is much faster than the other time and this time round, there's more sauce, the chicken is tender, the carrots and potato are all super soft~~ ohhh... I love it!!
This is much nicer that what I ate yesterday. Still have a big pot left over, so mum and dad get to taste it when they come back. My dad was sooooooooooooooo surprised that I able to cook things that is way beyond maggie mee. He even ask me to teach him how to cook! hahahahaha.. Think he ask for fun to encourage me lah.
Although I believe I can do even better next time but I'm happy that I had a super nice dinner. Yummy! :)

I Cook Dinner
Tonight Bb OT-ing, so I went home, hoping my mum cook. But my mum's not at home!!!
To my horror, I need to cook my own dinner.
I cook maggie mee with vege and tomato. I find it toooooooo plain, so I cut some bacon and cook scramble egg with bacon.
I LOVE the egg!!! The bacon is sooooooooooooooo saltish and makes the egg very tasty. Makes me drool just to think about it.

Graffiti Painting Competition

I'm so looking forward for today. Today is the Graffiti Painting Competition in the zone. So we form a team and we get some friends to join us. We planned to do an asian theme. Next thing that came to my mind is Geisha. Adrian managed to find a super nice Geisha picture. But it's too small. So I decided to try my luck to search for the same picture.
Thank God I found it. Hee.. So I use that pic to enlarge it to life size (which I never done before). The kids made an effort to come earlier to help me cut out the template. The template was done in no time. :)
the actual painting was very tiring man! My hands are all covered with paints.
the competition last for about 1 hour. We managed to do up the skeleton lah.. If I have more time I will add more words to it. But nvm, it's a nice try. We managed to get 2nd though.
We shall try again next time. :D
