bad bad day

today i doing dispatching.. wah.. alot of things happen sia..
in e morning.. my oracle messenger down.. my email down also.. then i ask the IT guy to come fix e com.. then need to get Mrs Ho help me dispatch calls..
today calls super duper high.. highest at one time is 50!!! and after lunch.. i tried to clear as much as possible.. still hanging at 40 plus.. the calls just didn't went down.. after i dispatch finish tomorrow first calls.. i still have 32 calls outstanding.. wah.. really cannot take it sia..
almost cried in office.. cause really very fed up at one point of time.. then e manager took to engineers with him to go do something.. and he don't even bother telling me why he wants the engineer with him.. then i told him long ago the calls are high.. he even happily take 2 engineers with him.. that time my engineers still working for calls only left with 5.. i was really going crazy soon at that point of time.. can't even talk normally.. cause really wanna burst out crying.. but i manage to control myself.. cause i know that when i take calls.. i shouldn't let my personal feelings affect the quality of service i give to the customers.. as they do not deserve a bad service when i speak with them..
thank God that today not alot of chase calls.. not like last friday.. the chase calls really got alot.. today only got alot of calls..
hai.. still got a few calls been hanging there for v long le.. hai.. headache coming back.. think is e stress level ba.. but i'm okay la.. not affected emotionally by today's work right now.. just that having a headache.. think i go to sleep soon ba.. really wanna go rest.. scared tomorrow can't go to work..
but one thing is that thank God that eileen finally show some care n concern bout me today.. usually she'll be super duper sarcastic.. today although she didn't say much.. but she bothered to sit beside me and look at e calls for awhile.. haha.. really thank God for that.. at least i know eileen is still human..
anyway today after 6 also got a little blessing.. think is e sales dept.. then got some luncheon.. then still got alot of bento left.. so they bring over to my dept and cas and me took one bento each.. haha.. so nice of them.. haha.. at least got some free food.. although is just some sandwich and donuts.. but i consider that as a little blessing after a hard day's work.. hee..
really thank God for cas and serene.. both of them really tried to help me.. serene tried to ease my calls.. and for cas.. she tried to help me look and study e calls and let me know..
ramli also got give a few calls from my queue away to other board.. really thank God for them.. if not today's call can really exceed 50.. haha..
God is good.. hee..
