good and bad day

Today had a very angry day. Today there is one real stupid sales. I will forever remember his name man. He’s bobby. I picked up his call at around 5pm today. He called and demand that the waste toner bottle to be replaced for his customer by today.
Huh? Is like 5.30 ending work, how to get someone to do such a last minute work? If he explained nicely still alright, I can see whether Cas can get any of her engineer down. The way he demanded is very irritated. He doesn’t care about others, and his attitude is simply rotten. Then I was quite angry already, then I told him that HE should educate his customers to keep spare. Then he said that WE didn’t give his customer spare. Huh? Is he out of his mind? If HE did not educate HIS customers to keep spare, how would customer wait till the waste toner bottle totally ran out and log in such a stupid last minute call? If HE did educate HIS customers to keep spare, customers would know and will call in to inform US to order spare.
He’s simply stupid. We ended the conversation badly. He ask me who is the customer service manager. I told him the name and HE ask ME to inform the CSM about this issue. Hello~~ is not my job, HE is the one that wants the things to be done by today, not me. Why must I be the one who help him to call CSM? If his attitude is not so rotten, maybe I will do him this favor. But given to his attitude, want me to help him, over my dead body.
Then Cas managed to get one of his engineer to work OT.
Then just now after 5.30pm, one guy keep knocking at the door of our department. Then another board’s CSM pass by, and open the door for him. This guy went to look for lulu and ask for me. I heard that cause lulu is so near me.
Then you know what he said? His attitude is simply down right rotten. He said loudly, ‘oh, that one in yellow is it?’
Hello~~ can you be more polite?
Then he walk over and show me his lanyard. Expect me to reply him regarding to the issue earlier.. Can he just ask properly? Showing me his lanyard and gave me that attitude face is super irritating. I just point to Cas, I don’t even bother to talk to him.
Cas was on the line with customer, but he still insist to ask her on that call’s situation. Cas signal him that she’s on the line. That stupid sales imitate her. So childish la.
I was on the line that time, then Cas and that stupid sales are discussing loudly about what has happened. Cas say that he should educate his customer to keep spare. If he didn’t, at least educate customer to call in once machine indicate low and not till when machine is totally down.
Then that stupid sales doesn’t seems understand English, he keep biting that we’re the one who did not provide spare for them.
Then lulu keep telling him that if he wants to complain, can speak to Cas board’s CSM. Then that stupid sales trying to avoid that statement. Then he say he will call our department’s big boss (he’s trying to threaten us. Go ahead man)
They really talk loud. Really angry. If I’m not on the line, I will definitely scream at him. That time really felt like muting my phone for a while and scream at him that, ‘hello, his is an office, can you please keep quiet?’ after that Cas say that if she no need to take call, she will go down the door and tell him, ‘this place is restricted, would you mind?’
By the way, call centre room has restricted access. Only those in the service department can come in. so all sales are not supposed to come in. then Cas was really irritated by that sales also. Then after lulu asked him out, she asked loudly who is the one that allow him to come in? then she declare loudly that next time please don’t let such person come into works controller room, keep on barking, so noisy.
After that stupid sales left. Cas called her engineers to complain. After that she found out the reason why that sales wants to avoid to get in contact with Cas board’s CSM. Cause few years back he had an unhappy incident with that CSM. No wonder I told him to speak to that CSM, he seems to avoid that statement.
Anyway, enough talk about him. Today there’s also another incident that really touched my heart.
One of the engineer of north board, Latip, called me to check on some issue. He had a join call with another engineer, Mazlan for a particular machine.
Then he said, ‘by the way Sin Man, I really like to talk to you. Talking to you is very pleasant….’ then he explained further, ‘every time call you, you always sound so pleasant, and you always try to help and very understanding. I prefer you to take the board as compared to Joey…’
Then after that he also add on, ‘just now when Mazlan and I are doing that machine, we got talked about you, we two feels the same over this matter. I think you are the best works controller that I’ve seen until now…’
I really have nothing to say. But I was really blessed by his comment. Really brightens up my day. Latip said he didn’t say all these for the sake of making me happy. He said that he really meant with all his heart.
To me, it’s always very nice to talk to them. Although the chat is not long, but really enjoyed the conversation. And sometimes they’ll tell me interesting stories that they encountered at the customer’s site.
Remembered there is once, Sungei Kadut there has fire. Then the engineer told me about that, and he cannot service the machine because the factory that caught fire is just beside the company that the machine is at. Still remembered after that that company log in a service call to get the engineer to check the machine, whether is it damaged by the fire.
There was also once, another engineer called to tell me that he cannot service the machine. Cause there is a truck that rammed into the store. It was really funny.
Really loved the engineers there. Many of them is very fun and very helpful. Really feel very blessed by Latip’s comment today. :D
