    Meet him by surprise

    Today lunch time, we’re waiting at the lift lobby, prepare to go down to level one. The lift door open, to my surprise, I saw my ex company engineer, Woon. We’re surprised to see each other, my colleagues went down first, so had a short chat with him.


    Me, ‘you going Worley parson?’ (I know they have the company’s photocopy machine… I took north board, orchard is part of it.)

    Woon (thought for a while),’ which floor is this?’

    Me,’erm, 13th floor…’

    Woon,’oh, wrong floor, should be 9th floor.’


    Woon is so cute, went to the wrong floor. Haha.. he told me the call is alright, he’s at his third call and sim is already at his 4th.

    That time I remember I told the engineers that I leave because of studies, and then I will get myself a new job once I am stabilized on my studies.


    Woon,’your studies stabilized already ar?’

    Me,’erm… ya, stabilized already.’ (I know that’s not the main reason I leave the previous company)


    Feel quite bad that somehow I lied, because studies are not the main reason. Anyway if it is the main reason, who will be so smart to stabilize it within 2months? I think he knows that’s not my main reason.

    Anyway after today, think the whole department will know that I got myself a new job. :D
