Was talking to Cas on MSN. She has not got herself a new job yet. I’m in my new company for almost 3 months already. She really had a long holiday. She said she want a job that pays her really well. :D
After that she said something that inspires me. She said she want to go London, she said since now she doesn’t have many commitments, it’s a good opportunity to go out and experience life. She said she want to go London, work and holiday at the same time, for about 1-2 years.
She said she doesn’t want to get a degree just because everyone’s getting. She wants to do things because she wants it and not because the society wants her to do it. She said she doesn’t want to follow what the norm would do. That’s why she decided that once she got enough money, she will buy herself a ticket to go London.
I admire her courage. To dare to go overseas alone, leaving the connections behind, to go to a place that she can find the meaning in life. I don’t think I will have such courage as her. Maybe different people have different priorities in life ba. :D
I told her to go ahead to pursue what she wants, if not will regret in future. Felt that it’s a good idea for her to go for London, I encourage her to go for it. Then I disturb her says maybe when she come back, then she tell all of us she’s getting married! :D
