Saturday after service went to the IT fair at expo. Heard from Bb that Starhub is selling the phone that I want at a cheap cheap price. Bb also mention on the queue.
We reached starhub counter at about 8.15pm. Jia hui with us too. Jia hui said she might want to get the LG phone, but the phone was sold out while we’re queueing half way. Jia hui left shortly after.
Bb and I took the Q number. Is 3298. at that point of time, they are serving about 3235. while waiting, we walked around to look at lappy. Bb said he wanna get a lappy so that he can do things while traveling. Have quite a number of lappy is within the budget, but many are very bulky. I told Bb don’t think it’s a good decision to buy such a bulky lappy cause Bb don’t have habit of carry heavy bag. Very fast he will not bring the lappy out.
He didn’t but the lappy in the end. Maybe consider after building fund ba.. hee…
We wait till about 9.30pm then our turn. I was so nervous that the phone will sold out before my turn. The person serving us said that there’s only blue left. I was so excited! I could get a Sony Ericsson K850i.. Hee.. I prefer the blue than the green actually. And I’m so happy that there’s still stock left! Hee…
Initially I wanted to get the mobile only. But after that saw their Hub Club promo. And I’m glad that I’m eligible for that promo. I recontract my maxonline, then get a new mobile and a new cable TV. I wanted to get cable TV cause mum stay home quite often, then she can watch when she’s bored. And I can get a Samsung TV also. Yesterday my dad was asking where should we place the new TV. My mum said her room have space and she grin widely. My dad, pui and I kept quiet.
Anyway pui and I talked about the TV before. Pui said plainly that there’s only one place that they can put the TV cause there’s only one room that have TV cable… muahahaa… so now, our plan is to keep quiet and no need to fight on where should the TV be. Hee…
Pui and I plan to place the TV in our room and we can buy big bean bags on the floor.. hopefully everything’s according to plan. I don’t mind contributing the bean bags though. Hee..
Anyway back to Saturday, I signed up the Hub Club promo. It took us quite a while. We’re the last customer around. Hee..
The lady that served us is very cute and friendly. I enjoyed it while waiting for the admin to be done. After that wrote feedback form to compliment her for the hardwork.
Saturday I paid $34.25 for cable TV monthly subscription, and $88 for the handphone. It’s a great deal~ :D happy about it! Furthermore I have $40 Robinson voucher. And I let Bb have it. He can buy a lot of Mark & Spencer cookies with it. hee…
By the time we finish registering, it’s already 11pm. Sob sob, no time to eat. Need to go home hungry.. sob sob..
Anyway I really like the phone. Although the keypad is quite difficult to press.. Think it takes time to get used to the phone.
