Meet tenant alone for the first time

Celest not able to go with me. so I need to go alone. was feeling quite nervous as this will be my first time meeting tenants alone.
And I’m meeting the landlord for the first time too.
I reached the place just on time, took a while to search for the management office. The landlord is very friendly.
We head to the tenant’s office together.
Landlord did most of the talking. Hee.. most of the time I was sitting there. But there are also some issue that tenant wants my confirmation. So after that I went back office to send a confirmation email.
Verdict: I was really nervous. Still don’t know how to speak like my seniors, can talk about thousand and one things with customers and build good rapport. Like what Celest says, I got to go out more often to train myself. :D
Will try harder next time.
